School custodian arrested

A man the police describe as a janitor at Walhalla High School has been arrested and charged with sexual conduct with a student. Chief Ronald Wilbanks this afternoon said Terrence Tremayne Galloway, 23-year old Pendleton resident, was arrested yesterday afternoon, based on an investigation that alleges sexual contact and communication between him and a 15-year girl. Wilbanks says the charge against Galloway alleges criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree.
