Scott, Graham and Duncan issue 9-11 statements

On this 9-11 anniversary, South Carolina leaders in Washington are issuing statements of remembrance. Senators Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham and Congressman Jeff Duncan are among those making statements. Duncan said, in part, “From Benghazi to New York, from Pennsylvania to the Pentagon, terrorists cowardly attacked innocents in an attempt to terrorize our people and force our country to bend to their will. The terrorists failed to break our resolve, and our nation shows that freedom would always persevere.”  Graham said, “I still remember that terrible day, and I will never forget the fear we all felt and the grief we experienced seeing our nation attacked.”
