Second candidate for Walhalla Council

A second candidate has filed to run for a vacant Walhalla City Council seat.   Barber Chris Grant has joined retired businessman Lamar Bailes as the candidates so far for the seat that opened with the death of Kathy Rogers.  The qualifying deadline to run in the special November 18 election is a week from today.
