Second reward offered

A second, anonymous reward has been posted for information to help solve Oconee County’s Shelia Carver cold case disappearance. According to the Sheriff’s Department, the second reward is $10 thousand…and when added to the $10 thousand announced last month, the total is now $20 thousand for the recovery of Carver’s remains. Shelia Carver’s father reported his daughter missing nearly 15 years ago—June 20, 1998. She was last seen four days earlier near the B-and-B Trailer Park near the Utica Mill Hill of Seneca where she lived with her boyfriend. Investigators believe Carver left the trailer park after midnight with someone who later said she changed her mind and decided to go home. That individual said Carver got out of the car on Goddard Avenue to walk back to her home.
