Second time proves a charm for OSD

An anonymous tip led Oconee sheriff’s officers to a home near the Keowee School Road where they apprehended a 34-year old man wanted on three charges. Deputies apprehended Ronnie Joe Patterson and believe he hid beneath a camper at 120 Curtis Drive. It’s the same location where deputies unsuccessfully looked for Patterson three weeks ago. According to an announcement by the Sheriff’s Department, officers sought Patterson for three outstanding warrants: driving under suspension, uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to register as a sex offender first offense.
