Seized property on the auction block

Property seized by law enforcement in Oconee, Anderson and Pickens counties is headed for the auction block. The Oconee Sheriff’s Office has announced the auction, to be conducted by Chris Pracht Auctioneers of Anderson, begins today and will last until 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, February 25. The auction is being offered online at www.prachtauction.net and those interested can visit the website for bid packages, terms and conditions—along with directions to the properties. The auction includes lake, mountain, and commercial properties. It’s an absolute auction—meaning that the highest bidder gets the property regardless of the price.
