Senate hopefuls wind down campaigns in Oconee

Two U-S Senate hopefuls have chosen Oconee County stops to wind down their campaigns in advance of primary voting day Tuesday, and the public has an invitation to join them. Richard Cash, one of a half dozen challengers to Senator Lindsey Graham, invites his followers to join him for lunch at noon Monday at Paw’s Diner. Graham is offering an election eve cookout at 6 o’clock Monday evening at Seneca’s Norton-Thompson Park. The event is free to attend, but the Graham campaign requests that you make a reservation by calling 803/748-0300 or online at LindseyGraham.com/Seneca.
