Senators push for vote on Iranian nuke deal

South Carolina’s Republican U-S senators are vocalizing their call to allow a Senate vote on President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran.  Senator Tim Scott says the Senate must return next week for a vote because the stakes are too high.  Scott accuses Senate Democrats of trying to silence the voice of the American people.  His colleague, Lindsey Graham, took to the Senate floor yesterday and accused the Democrats of being disingenuous when it comes to their expressions of how much they love Israel.  “We’re more worried about protecting Barack Obama from having to veto this than you are about having a debate on the floor of the Senate,” Graham complained.
