Seneca budgets approach $41 million

All told, Seneca expenses and revenues over the next year are projected to reach $40.7 million. Mayor Dan Alexander and Joel Seavey, the city financial director, last night presented to city council six separate budgets for consideration on first reading during a meeting next week. No tax increases are planned, nor are there is any utility or other rate increase included. And, at this point, no pay raise is figured for the city’s employees.
