Seneca committee to meet!

Seneca leaders will hear tomorrow about projects underway by their city’s Light and Water Plant.  And Bob Faires, utilities director, says there will be a request for funds to complete work on the LoweryBuilding on N. 2^nd Street.  The council’s Light and Water Committee meets at 3 tomorrow at City Hall.
