Seneca Drive-By Shooting Injures One

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a drive-by shooting in Seneca. Investigators say shots were fired into a dwelling at 1129 Thatcher Road April 21st around 7:30 PM. And individual at the residence was injured and taken to Oconee Medical Center in good condition. Sheriff’s Department Public Information Officer Jimmy Watt says the suspects vehicle is a four-door Nissan Altima. The vehicle was located across the road from Hopewell Church Road and was subsequently towed to the Sheriff’s office impound.
