Seneca headed paperless

Greg Dietterick says it’s time Seneca government went paperless. The mayor and council agree. Too much paper, according to the city administrator, is being stored at City Hall. So, the city is now going to adapt the proper computer software to allow for the retention of records. It’s also going to mean the hiring of an individual whose responsibility will be to lead the switch to a paperless way of government. Some of the money Seneca designated for its membership dues to the Oconee Alliance will be used instead to help pay for the new employee.
