A Seneca man has been taken to the hospital after being hit by a car at the Miracle Circle intersection. By the 1 o’clock hour today, the police said, the injuries suffered by Christopher Lathaniel Cunningham were unknown. Captain Jeremy Rothell said the accident occurred as Cunningham was attempting to cross U-S 123 between Miracle Circle and Jennings Avenue. Rothell said, at the time, the pedestrian was not in a crosswalk. The driver of the 2000 Toyota Avalon was identified by the police as Mickey Chappel.
