Seneca project deemed appropriate

August 26, 2014

A project planned by two homeowners on Seneca’s S. Cherry Street has been voted worthy of a certificate of appropriateness. At their City Hall meeting, the Board of Architectural Review approved the roof and chimney plans of Jack and Judith Zuverink at 410 S. Cherry. The project fell within the review of the board because of its location within the city’s design review district.
