Seneca to build storage building

Seneca has agreed that an equipment storage building is needed at the city’s Shaver Recreation Complex.  After an executive session, the council approved a Stuart Pohl motion to spend up to $25 thousand on the project.  The city’s Robert Byrd says a 40 X 60 “pull barn” will allow the recreation department to store its lawnmowers and related equipment.
