Seneca to snip ribbons

In the closing weeks of the year, Seneca will cut the ribbons and show off new facilities.  The public is invited for a ribbon cutting at the new Bertha Strickland African-American History Museum between 11:30 a-m and 1:30 p-m Thursday, November 19.  The new museum is located on South Second Street, on the grounds of the city’s other museum, the Lunney.  Three other ribbon-cutting take place Tuesday, December 1—all of them between 11:30 and 1:30.  The first will be at the bus stop downtown, then at the new Light and Water warehouse and at the water treatment plant project.
