Senecan accused of harboring fugitive from justice

The police in Seneca say they found a man wanted in Anderson hiding inside the attic of a home on East Main Street. The police say they have charged a 20-year old Seneca man, Michael Alan Wilkes, with harboring a fugitive. The police searched the home at 1208 E. Main Street June 27 and found Jamel Watt in the attic. At that point Watt gave up. According to the police, Watt is wanted in the Anderson General Sessions Court on charges of attempted murder and resisting arrest.
