Sex Offender Registrar takes training

Sgt. Kelly Winchester of the Oconee Sheriff’s Office took part last week in sex offender training near Arlington, Virginia—just outside the nation’s capital.  Winchester attended a program hosted by the U-S Marshals Service, a program open by invitation only.  She received a certificate for three days’ training.  It acknowledges that the officer successfully completed the program.  It involved building network relationships and contacts through out the country.
