Sheriff Crenshaw’s third graduate

 A graduate of The Citadel, Justin Pelfrey, completed basic training last month at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and became the third such academy graduate since Mike Crenshaw took office January 1. During commencement exercises in Columbia, Deputy Sheriff Pelfrey was named winner of the Distinguished Graduate Award and Challenge Award. It means that he graduated at the top of his class.
