Shoplifter flees Wal-Mart

A man is suspected of stealing a $300 dollar camera early Sunday evening at Wal-Mart near Seneca. A loss prevention representative of the store confronted the man on his way out, but the shoplifting suspect made it to the parking lot and fled toward Westminster in a blue Chevy Cavalier. He was dressed in blue jeans, wearing a navy blue baseball hat, and a navy blue shirt with white stripes. The Oconee Sheriff’s Office seeks your help to solve the crime.
