Shoplifting crimes at Wal-Mart

The Oconee Sheriff’s Office alerts the public to crimes of shoplifting at the Wal-Mart near Seneca.  A store employee said a white male and white female left the store Tuesday with a laptop computer without paying for it.  The laptop was an Inspiron 300 Touch and is valued at approximately $399.00.  The Sheriff’s Office believes the white male was involved in another Wal-Mart shoplifting—this one on March 16 when three laptops were taken.  If you have any information helpful to solving either of the crimes, you are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC or 864-638-STOP.  You don’t have to give your name when you contact Crime Stoppers and all information given is confidential.  If your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
