Shoplifting investigations net two arrests

Investigations have led to a pair of arrests in separate shopliftings at the Wal-Mart near Seneca.  Oconee Sheriff’s Office reports the arrests of Phillip James Manley II of Utica and Jasmine Lizette Isom of Anderson.  Manley, 26 years old, is charged July 21 with shoplifting items worth $225.62.  Isom, 24 years old, is accused in a warrant as an accessory after the fact of a felony.  Deputies believe Isom, in the company of a second person, drove a Pontiac van away from the scene of a June 6 shoplifting at Wal-Mart.  According to the Sheriff’s Office, the second person—Kenneth Antwan Rice—was arrested and charged with taking 77 items from the store.
