“Skip” Lewis takes the stand

Civil engineer L-G “Skip” Lewis has taken the stand in the Oconee County courtroom to testify on his review and give an opinion of the plans used to extend the Oconee Regional Airport starting in 2009 by an additional 600 feet. Lewis, a West Union resident, chairs the board of the Greenville-based firm H2L Consulting Engineers. He was called by the plaintiff in the case of Plateau Excavation against Oconee County and Talbert and Bright.
