“SLED” report not yet finished

The chief prosecutor for Oconee-Anderson told 101.7/WGOG NEWS this afternoon the investigation by the state police of this summer’s fatal shooting by a police officer of a Seneca man is not yet finished.  Solicitor Chrissy Adams said, “They (SLED) are still following up on a few things.”  The normal pattern that such investigation reports follows is sending the report to the prosecutor who makes the decision whether criminal charges should be filed.
