South Carolinians should ready for the freeze

96.3/WGOG forecasts a low temperature tomorrow night of 15 degrees. That temperature, however, will likely feel like single digits. The frigid conditions are expected to begin to settle in South Carolina tomorrow, and the state Emergency Management Division urges everyone to be prepared. Freezing temperatures are anticipated the rest of the week, but fortunately no rain or snow. Remember that freezing temperatures can burst water pipes in homes that lack heat or proper insulation. Remember also the usual emergency supplies: a flashlight and batteries, a battery-powered radio, extra non-perishable food and water, extra medicines and baby items, and first-aid supplies
