SPD warrant officer heads to Orangeburg

The warrant officer for the Seneca police has gone to Orangeburg County today to bring back a suspect in a case alleging unlawful communication. According to John Covington, Seneca police chief, the suspect was arrested yesterday by Orangeburg authorities and is to be brought back to Oconee County to face charges in an incident alleged to have occurred in mid-February while the man was attending school in this area.
