Spray-painted images of Walhalla Streetscape

A new way to imagine what Walhalla Streetscape could look like is available for viewing on the grounds of City Hall. Mayor Pro-tem Tjay Bagwell says he will be there from noon to 2 o’clock this afternoon to explain for anyone interested the spray-painted images from three of the four concepts proposed this month by the city’s design-engineering company.
