Store worker charged with taking lottery tickets

Law enforcement authorities have confirmed the arrest of a 24-year old Walhalla man as part of an investigation of stolen lottery tickets in Seneca. Municipal Judge Danny Singleton issued warrants charging Darius Alexander Priester with breach of trust with fraudulent intent and a violation of the statute covering intent to defraud and counterfeit game tickets. According to Singleton, the case involved scratch-off lottery tickets belonging to a Seneca convenience store where Priester worked.
