Terms approved for Seneca-Borg Warner lease

Seneca leaders have agreed to terms with a member of the industrial community to occupy space in the city’s commerce park bordering the Utica Mill Village. During a meeting yesterday of the Seneca Facilities Corporation, agreement was given to a seven-year lease for Borg Warner Torq Transfer Systems to open an operation in the commerce park building, occupying 99 thousand square feet of the building. According to Joe Seavey, Seneca Clerk-Treasurer, Borg Warner will compensate Seneca at a monthly rate of $20,245.00.
