The bills are “dwindling down”

After looking at the latest financial report, the Walhalla area trustee asked whether the Oconee School District was near the end of having to pay for the new, $54 million Walhalla High. In response to Rosemary Bailes’ question, assistant superintendent Steve Hanvey said there’s a list of three things that, as he put it, “will cost a little more.” One is the cost of egress lighting at the athletic fields.
