The David Wagner campaign underway

The long-time deputy solicitor in Oconee County, David Wagner, promised today if he is elected Solicitor of the 10th Circuit “justice will be served.”  Wagner, an Anderson County resident who has worked in the Oconee Solicitor’s Office since 2005, told a large crowd of well wishers today he’s going to make the prosecution of domestic violence cases a top priority.  But he’s also going to venture into the schools to help educate children why domestic violence is unacceptable.  Wagner says while growing up, his mother told him it’s never acceptable for a male to hit a female.  Three other men have been linked as potential candidates for Solicitor, but Wagner says he’s confident he’s the one with most experience.  Wagner was introduced by a long-time friend, former Solicitor’s Office intern Brad Swilling, who praised Wagner’s record of winning convictions.
