Thieves strike Jet Commercial

The Seneca area company working on Oconee’s Broadband FOCUS project reports it’s the victim of thievery. Someone stole $30 thousand worth of fiber optics equipment, along with hand tools, apparently over the weekend. The Sheriff’s Department reports security cameras show a vehicle entering Jet Commercial’s lot on the Wells Highway around 2:45 Sunday morning. One individual was spotted and the vehicle left the property an hour later.
