“This little pig went to market….”

A young pig has gone missing near Walhalla, and its owner offers a reward for its return. This is no ordinary piglet. Nicole Justus says not yet 12 weeks old, this bottle-fed piglet has made recent appearances as Oconee’s 4-H mascot pig. Docile in nature, this piglet named “Sheldon” is valuable to its owner, Justus. She will pay a $100 dollar reward, no questions asked, if it is returned in good condition. The finder may call 916-4113 or 280-6815. “Sheldon” went missing Tuesday when two piglets got out of their barn near Walhalla and wandered to the parking lot of Fairfield Grocery. The other piglet was eventually returned.
