West Union- Thomas “Tom” Lee Phipps, 73, husband of JoeAnn Stokes Phipps, of 114 Crystal Falls Rd., passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014 at his residence.
No formal services will be held locally. Burial at a later date in Vermont.
