Thousands of absentee ballots issued statewide

Thousands of ballots have been issued to allow South Carolinians to vote absentee in advance of the June 10 primary elections. Oconeeans in the hundreds are among those who’ve applied for absentee ballots. Qualified voters may vote absentee in person or by mail if they meet one of 15 reasons. To vote in person, visit your county voter registration office, complete an application, and cast your ballot. You may vote absentee in person up until 5 p-m on Monday, June 9.
