Three house fires this morning

On a rainy, thundering morning Oconee fire fighters are attending to three home fires. They are reported on Durham Brown Road near Seneca, the Greenfield Road near Westminster, and Jocassee Ridge Way near Salem. Charlie King, Oconee fire chief, says the worst fire appears to be on the Greenfield Road where fire fighters from as many as four stations are trying to control it.
