Three Oconee road projects to benefit from federal allocation

Three road improvement projects in Oconee County are to benefit from proposed allocations from the federal government.  The South Carolina DOT announced yesterday that public comment is invited on re-construction and re-habilitation work on 424.58 miles of roads across South Carolina, including three projects in Oconee.  One is to re-habilitate nearly three and a half miles of north highway 11.  The two others are to re-build parts of two streets in Seneca—approximately one-half mile sections of Daniel Avenue and E-S 2nd Street.
