Three requests for zoning variances
The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider requests for three variances during hearings that get underway at 6 o’clock tomorrow night at the Seneca City Hall. Each request involves a separate applicant at separate locations. On property zoned highway commercial, Kristal Kuhlen seeks relief from steep, wooded property fronting 123; on property zoned residence-office, Gail Harrison seeks a variance at 401 W-N 2nd Street; and for property residence general, Ed Ruse of Clayton Homes requests a variance at 721 S. Stribling Street.
