A road builder near Seneca is in line for an Oconee County paving contract worth more than $340 thousand. Oconee County staff recommends County Council award the contract to Thrift Development, low bidder for the work. Four roads are involved, two in the Seneca area—Dobson Cove and East Capewood Avenue; and two are in the Westminster area—RC Drive and Lynx Lane.
