Tiger Woods’ career earnings top $100 million

Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods is now the first man on the PGA Tour with career earnings of $100 million, after his third place finish in the Deutsche Bank Championship Monday behind winner Rory McIlroy earned him $544,000 to push his career total to $100,350,700. Behind Woods on the career earnings list is Phil Mickelson, who’s more than $30 million behind at $66,805,498. In number of career PGA Tour victories, however, Woods is in second place with 74 behind Sam Snead, who had 82 wins. However, Snead, whose career began in 1937, played at a time when monetary prizes for Tour victories were a lot lower.
