Timothy “Tim” Joe Chastie, 55, former Westminster resident, died Friday. The funeral will be 2 p-m Wednesday from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial follows in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family receives friends from 1 to 2 p-m, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
