“Too much violence, too much killing….”

On a visit to Seneca, Congressman Jeff Duncan weighed in on last month’s fatal shooting of a young man by a policeman.  Duncan’s response to questions asked by 101.7/WGOG NEWS came on the same day of the news that the FBI has started a civil rights investigation into the death of Zachary Hammond.  Duncan says he supports law enforcement, but, “We as nation must have got to come and find a solution to this.  There’s too much violence, too much killing, there’s too much distrust of law enforcement.”  In the case of the Seneca man shot dead in a restaurant parking lot July 26, Duncan said he will reserve specific comments until the facts are in.
