Traffic light intersection in Seneca

A traffic light intersection accident is under investigation in Seneca. It happened shortly after 7:45 this morning at 123 and Lindsay Road. According to Capt. Robert Tribble, there were no apparent eyewitnesses to the accident, other than the drivers involved. One of them, the driver of a Honda Civic, was sent to the hospital with apparent minor injuries.
