“Trending positive,” says Blackwell

Richard Blackwell, Oconee’s lead economic development recruiter, likes where things appear to be headed. Yesterday he said that things are “tending positive”—meaning that he expects an economic development announcement for Oconee County in May to be followed by a second one in June.
