Trump to get invite to appear in Oconee

Republican Presidential contender Donald Trump is due to make an appearance today in Greenville.  He may soon be invited to Oconee County.  Chairman Bob Skipp of the Oconee Republican Party says he now has contact information for all announced GOP candidates for President, and it is his intention to invite all of them.  The next two appear to be Carli Fiorina and Scott Walker.  In the case of Trump, Skipp says he has reached out to two Seneca officials to inquire about the use of a city facility to accommodate the kind of crowd that Trump’s bombastic campaigning has been attracting.  The Seneca Family Restaurant has hosted events so far featuring Huckabee, Graham, and Carson, but county Republican leaders say it could not handle the size of a Trump crowd.
