“Unsafe environment…”

After last week’s meth bust, a sign has been placed at 2 Keowee Street in Walhalla stating, “Unsafe environment to be in.” Announcement of the sign placed at the home by the city’s building codes officer was made during last night’s meeting of the city council. Four people were arrested there. Councilman Tjay Bagwell introduced the idea of fining landlords of structures where drug laws are repeatedly broken.
