UPDATE: Seneca vote probe

The state police have no timetable as to when they will finish their investigation of a complaint that four people illegally cast ballots in last month’s Seneca election. But once the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division finishes, a report will be sent to the 10th Circuit office of Solicitor Chrissy Adams. SLED spokesman Thom Berry indicates the contents of that report will be considered by the prosecutor for potential charges. In South Carolina, it’s a misdemeanor to cast a ballot illegally.
