Urging a vote May 20

April 21, 2014

Regardless of party affiliation, the leader of Oconee Democrats, Rosellen Aleguire, says all eligible Seneca voters should remember to cast a ballot during a special election next month. On Tuesday, May 20 voters in Oconee County Council District Three are being asked to go to the polls and select a candidate to complete an unexpired council term. Republican nominee Andy Inabinet goes into the election the only ballot candidate. Write-in votes, however, are permitted. Aleguire addressed the matter of the special election Saturday during a meeting of the Oconee Democratic Party.
