Vandals destroy pool bathroom

Vandals destroyed the men’s bathroom at the Walhalla Swimming Pool. Police Chief Ronald Wilbanks estimates the damage between $7,500 and $8 thousand dollars. After the crime was reported yesterday by Recreation Director John Galbreath, the police discovered that the vandals broke into pool property by cutting a fence in the back. The police believe the crime occurred some time between January 2 and yesterday.
