Walhalla – Velma Young Neal, 60, wife of Donnie Neal, 331 Mark and Matt Road, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Oconee Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held 11 am, Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Poplar Springs Baptist Church of Walhalla.

Burial will follow in Oconee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Friday, December 12, 2014 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
